Enrollment Essentials: Registration & Admission Process
Dr. NBS School, Khamaria (Aurai, Bhadohi) is now accepting admissions for Classes I to VIII (CBSE Curriculum). Our admission process ensures transparency and fairness. Students are shortlisted through registration forms, entrance tests, and interaction sessions. Final decisions depend on merit and seat availability.
Admission Guidelines:
- Registration Form: Fill the online form via the “Register Now” link.
- Admission Assurance: Submitting the form does not guarantee admission. Selection is merit-based.
- Entrance Test: Compulsory for Class I onwards. Parents will be notified of test dates.
- Interaction Session: Parents and child will meet with the Principal after the test.
- Admission Decision: Final decision depends on entrance results, interaction, and seat availability.
- Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹1200/- is applicable.
Step 1: Online Registration
- Click on the Register Now link to access the online form.
- Fill in all mandatory details (marked *).
- Use CAPITAL LETTERS only.
- Note down the registration number for future reference.
- Take a printout of the filled form.
- Attach passport-size photos of both parents and the child.
Step 2: Submission & Interaction
- Parents will be informed of the interaction date at the school.
- Bring the printed application, residence proof, and child’s birth certificate.
- Both parents must attend the session with the child.
Step 3: Fee Deposition
- Upon admission approval, fee must be paid within 3 working days.
- Only after payment, the seat will be confirmed.
Required Documents:
- Date of Birth Certificate of the child.
- Transfer Certificate (Class III onwards).
- Residence Proof (Any two: Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport, Rent Agreement, Ration Card, Electricity/Water Bill).
- Recent passport-size photos of child and parents.
- In case of Guardian: Authorization letter, photo of Guardian, and residence proof.
Note: Incomplete forms or invalid documents will lead to rejection. Admission and registration fees are non-refundable.
